The best strategy for incorporating announcements is about finding the perfect balance of ads to music as it applies to your business:
We suggest starting out with 15 ads and playing them every 12 minutes. This results in ads repeating only 2 or 3 times during a day of listening.
It won’t take long for you to develop ideas for fine-tuning. That is to be expected. We can easily adjust scheduling and rotation frequency to your specifications.
Lastly, there may be times during the day where you choose to increase or decrease the announcement frequency or change the music style. To accommodate, we offer Day-Parting that enables granular control of messaging and music.

Messages are professionally recorded and engineered to sound amazing. We will integrate them to crossfade seamlessly within your music stream. Pricing for announcement production and copywriting (when needed) may be obtained through your solution provider.
You may also BYOP (Bring Your Own Productions) subject to a nominal handling cost for successful integration.
When creating content, be concise and conversational. Use simple phrases to clearly deliver your message. Copywriting assistance is available or provide exactly what you’d like use to produce.

Our music streaming device has built in fallback music files that will play once the device loses internet connection.
