The two key components for Overhead Announcements are “What would you like to say?” and “When would you like it to play?” How that gets accomplished is really pretty simple…especially when we are handling the production and deployment.
The steps below outline the basic process and we have support systems in place to make it easy for your clients to provide us the script copy for recording, as well as the ability to request start and stop dates for implementation.
Step 1: Submit
Your clients are given online access to the “Creatives” section of our website that allows them to provide copy and request start/stop dates.
We suggest content that is concise and conversational. Simple phrases to clearly deliver a message in 50 words or less. We can even provide writing assistance.
Step 2: Produce
Our professional voice artists record scripts and our engineer makes them sound amazing. We then make them available in the online portal for client review.
We offer talent options in female and male, as well as English and Spanish.
Step 3: Deploy
Announcements can be played on a schedule, repeat at desired intervals, or can be triggered on-demand. A library of creative content is saved in your client’s portal and is always available for your review.
Basically, we handle all the technical stuff to make things easier.
