Part 4 of 5: How It's Done
When it comes time for your customers to start using announcements, you can send them to our website to submit their scripts and schedules under the Creatives tab on the My Account page.
Creatives is the system used to manage announcements. Your customers are provided a Steady Brand login to submit production requests for new announcements. Along with submitting new requests, your customer can view currently playing, scheduled to play, or the entire library of announcements.
Below is a quick rundown of the steps from submitting to completion.
Your customer can login and submit their script, voice option, and dates they’d like the announcement to play.
Our sound engineers and voice talents have the scripts and are in the process of recording, editing and mixing them to be used as overhead announcements
Now that our production team has completed the recordings, our tech team will upload them to your customer’s device and schedule them to play with the specified dates.
Completed announcements that are currently playing.
Completed announcements that have been scheduled to play in the future.
An overview of all your customers completed announcements regardless of their start and play through dates.
As a reseller you are able to see what your customers are submitting by viewing your creatives tab.
